Stone chip repairs Report

Once the resin is injected it is sealed and cured using an ultra violet lamp, this can take a few minutes. Once dry the substance is stronger than the glass itself, this restores the strength to the damaged glass. Windscreen chip repair costs will depend on whether your vehicle insurance provides glass damage cover.

Had a crack in my screen.Rang insurance. Wanted £100 excess.Also you have to declare replacement on future insurance quotes.NOT HAPPY. SO I rang Micheal and got a better screen(Tinted)for not much more money. There Service was second to none. NOW VERY HAPPY.

Michael and Heidi at Bedford Windscreens are real professionals - they fixed my daughter’s Nissan Micra leaking sunroof with a spare glass panel they tracked down. They solved a problem the garage we bought the car from couldn’t work out. Michael and Heidi are friendly too! Highly recommended.
