Extremely poor service. I had a company pension through them and left to go freelance. Tried to contact the person who'd been dealing with my company (Bruce) on a number of occasions. Then tried to contact general enquiries. No one ever bothered replying to me. I've got no idea how I get that money out of the old pensions.
