Fantastic service from Iconic menswear. Even though it was over the Xmas holidays when I ordered my cp company sweatshirt it was processed and delivered within 24 hours. Will definitely use Iconic again. Only disappointment was the 2nd one I ordered was out of stock guess I should have looked on the website earlier. Once again thank you Iconic menswear

Could improve greatly by having the items in stock advertised on the website. Take the money first then advise two days later item out of stock. Waiting for a refund now. So good buisness really with my money in their account gaining interest and i did not get my order. can safely say 99.9% that i wont use this shop again.

I panicked when we went into tier 4. Not able to go out and pick up the stone island jumper I needed for a present. Found iconic placed my order and paid for next day delivery.
I called the shop the next day just to make sure it would be dispatched that day. Spoke to a man (think he was the owner). They didn’t have the product available but said he would take it from a tracksuit. I thanked him. Then he offered me the whole tracksuit for a fab price. I agreed and paid the difference.

The worst customer service after receiving an order confirmation for somebody else. With zero help from the person who answered the phone. Who said it may be fraud by using my email yet it was a completely different email. I have somebody else’s name, address and email and he didn’t think it was a big deal because nobody can do anything with those… details. But apparently somebody can fraud me by my email but me having another persons information isn’t anything to be bothered about. Also continuously called me bab. I’m a 30 year older woman. Not a child. He refused

I purchased Valentino Rockrunner Shoes order had no certificate from Valentino and I checked all Valentino standards from which the shoes didn’t comply, im still waiting for an answer but poor service, they didnt even send an email veryfing my order, and I emailed them and they didnt even answer on that. Now I need to return the fake shoes and get my money back but I am still waiting for an answer, they must have the wrong email address on the page because they NEVER respond to anything I send. I thought they were a straight company, guess not.

Ordered a number of items from the website yesterday and all items arrived today. Excellent service and some absolute bargains on high end designer menswear brands such as Stone Island, Hugo Boss and Valentino. Good communication throughout the order process, I will definitely be purchasing from them again!
