I believe this is a joint family business and unfortunately this review is in regards to a lash extension appointment I had last month with Kim. Kim didn’t turn up and blanked my calls, texts and messages for a good while until I mentioned I’d have to go another way to claim my money and I’d leave an honest review. I’m still waiting for a refund from Kim a month later, I was promised I’d have it at the latest a week ago. I doubt I’ll see MY money again but I’ll keep trying.

So I had my first lip fillers yesterday by Abby & I'm so pleased with the results. I was quite nervous to say the least but Abby was so lovely & patient with me & answered all my question no matter how silly they were & I felt so much at ease & relaxed noing I was in good hands, i even returned after my treatment as I was slightly worried on bruising etc as with it being my first time & being me ha & she was lovely..checked them & reassured me all was good. Definitely recommend Abby...very professional & lovely girl.

I decided to have my brows done as they were uneven, sparse and very fair. I was nervous at first but Abby put me right at ease. I absolutely love what I see in the mirror and wish I had done this sooner. Absolutely fabulous customer service and I have been recommending Avenue Skin Clinic to everyone!
