HLM has been based in Greater Manchester since 2000, moving to our existing office in Altrincham in 2009. We offer a wealth of experience in accountancy for both UK and overseas based businesses. The practice is developing under the directorship of Chris Varley who, in addition to handling personal accounts, has a team of experienced personnel who use the latest computer software to improve speed and efficiency.
Legislation for payroll processing is complex and continually changing, which makes the timely maintenance of accurate records essential particularly as HMRC have recently introduced real time reporting requirements on each payroll payment date. At HLM we can reliably operate your payroll and maintain the necessary records.
Every limited company that is based in the UK is subject to Corporation Tax on their profits. Along with limited companies, clubs and societies, trade associations and even co-operatives may also be subject to Corporation Tax. To help, we can prepare your Corporation Tax Returns and correspond with the Revenue on your behalf as well as dealing with any tax queries which may arise.
