Boat of Garten Holiday Park is a family run holiday park situated in the heart of the Cairngorms National Park. The park is only a 6 mile drive to the busy village of Aviemore which is ideal for a little bit shopping, dining out, sight seeing and much, much more. For those of you that have children or are big children at heart Landmark is a must and is only a 5 minute drive away in Carrbridge.
As Boat of Garten is the Osprey Village we recommend a visit to The Osprey Centre which again is only a 5 minute drive away and is suitable for all ages. Leaflets are available in the office and laundry room. For your convenience there is onsite laundry facilities, these are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, washing machines are 4 and the dryer is 1.50.

Boat of Garten Holiday Park offers a perfect setting with a wide selection of new luxury park homes, lodges and holiday chalets. All are ready to move in to and come fully furnished including fitted kitchen appliances. The Park has been spaciously planned with each home having a dedicated parking bay, landscape garden and individual decking.
All new holiday homes come with 3 metre private decking area, landscaped gardens and block paved driveway. Boat of Garten Holiday Park is a family run site, situated right in the heart of the Cairngorms National Park. There is 24hrs surveillance and warden on site at all times. The park is open 12 months of the year.
Holiday Cabin and Flat prices include gas, electricity, bed linen and VAT. Holiday cabins are fully equipped with gas cooker, microwave oven, fridge TV and video facilities. All 3 bed flats have dishwasher and washing machine. Full details available on request. Located in Boat of Garten in the Highlands of Scotland we are based near the main road (A9) between Perth and Inverness.

We stayed in the "Warren" caravan in the boat of garten caravan site . I highly recommend this caravan site and the actual van . It was just lovely , spotless and everything thing you could need . The views were beautiful , very relaxing little " magic " area around the caravan .

We own a static caravan here and it's great. Plenty parks and shops around to visit. Only a few minutes drive from aviemore center. There's a little park on site but recommend going down the road as there is a full size pitch and plenty swings, chutes and climbing frames for the kids.
The staff regularly patrol the site and keep it clean and tidy. Also very friendly. Recommend you stay here some time and its quiet and a nice get away. 👌🏼

Just returned after spending three lovely days at this site. We had chalet 21 - Imvernevis - and we were delighted with how well kept it was. It was spotless and had everything we needed to make our stay the pleasant one it was. We were a group dog four adults, one five-year old and two dogs. The chalet was big enough to accommodate us all with a lovely deck with beautiful views out into the countryside. There were smoke places to take the dogs out for walks. We didn’t use my if the facilities available on site so I can’t comment on them. But this was an ideal base for trips to Landmark and

Excellent stay, friendly staff, beautiful location. We stayed in number 13 static van and it was the best! We left a behind an important member of the family - our daughters favorite teddy bear - this was found immediately and posted back to us without any charge, which we are extremely grateful for - thank you!

We were very happy at the park, as stayed in an excellent airbnb caravan. The children's play area really let it down, as the little they had was mostly broken. The shop was being refurbished so couldn't use it, but it appeared to have all the necessary ammentities for campers. The location is excellent for getting anywhere around Aviemore, Carrbridge and Boat of Garten with plenty of good walks and parks for children near by.
