Should you find yourself in a position where your doors have unexpectedly failed (most often this is at first morning entry or locking up at night) then there is our 24 hr call out service. We endeavour to attend none urgent callouts within 24hrs however we can always get an engineer on site the same day if safety or security is compromised.

With this service SMi can carry out 6 month or 12 monthly visits to site to check the ongoing safety and smooth running of your automatic door systems. We ensure that they currently comply with the British Standard BSEN16005 offering upgrades where necessary. Checks are carried out by ADSA qualified engineers (Automatic Door Suppliers Association).
