Critical: Professionalism
This company phones and sends emails to us pretending to be our energy supplier Opus Energy. I already told them on the phone what they are doing is wrong however it has made no difference as we are still receiving calls and emails from them pretending to be Opus Energy.

If I could give zero for this company i would . Had a guy called Aron dubbed as a guy from my supplier Scottish Power got me to sign a contract, called the manager after to complain she refused the complain and said I can not cancel the contract even though it was only signed signed few hours ago. I have recorded the conversation with manger and filing a case against this company they should never be trading. Am normally carful but these are con dodgy artist. AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!
