Been a skyline agent for 4 years. Best decision I made to join the company excellent rate of commission plus full support from the section managers. I was with this company since 2019 never missed a payment then 1 day I applied to renew a loan & got told no. My credit report was blamed my credit report which was the same in 2019 but they also changed their online portal which is the worst no info.on it just enough to let you make a payment. You are not rewarded for being a good customer & I will not use them again. Only shining light was my agent she was as helpful as she could be & felt terrible because of course they make the agents deliver the bad news!!!

Been with skyline for 5 years never missed a payment ever . Apply for a loan and get refused it’s wrong you should base your Decision on new customers not customers who have never missed a payment . Well you will be losing many customers now and I hope you go under not my agents fault but she’s losing her commission I used to think you were a great… company but now I hope you go into administration disgusted I’ve paid you so much in interest all these years and to get refused a loan disgusting I will stick to Morses club and loans at home they deserve my money as they go

Edit: company owned me straight away to apologise and take my number off their system. It seems their customer gave them a wrong number or someone put it down wrong.
I have had a lot of scammers trying to steal from me recently (even supposed legitimate company) that my initial reaction was this was the same. My apologies. Giving you more stars for swift actions.
Not had anything to do with this company nor any loans yet recieved a text stating they couldn't take a direct debit due. I've had to Google to find out who they are. Scammers trying to get your bank details! Don't be fooled by them

Love skyline direct! Quick and easy loans, my advisor Jimmy is just the best, came out the same day I messaged him, explained everything to me before I agreed to the loan, interest rate is amazing! Wouldn't be with any other loan company now, great service as always from jimmy, always there when I need a bit of extra cash and always goes above and beyond for his customers!
