Couldn't be happier with the service received from the outset. Michelle was on hand to answer any queries before my mortgage application was put through and was so understanding when my sale fell through and we had to start all over again. After the mortgage offer was complete, Michelle has still bee on hand to assist with everything - for which I really appreciate. Will definitely use Michelle & Urban Sticks again.
