Very unprofessional firm and not equipped to do the job. All they had to do was move a piano from one room to another. They tried lifting it with furniture straps, dropped it several times and damaged it. Although they offered to pay for a repair to the piano they then refused to pay me unless I signed to say it was a Full and Final Settlement. This is despite the fact it has not been possible to repair properly and is permanently damaged. The silent system built within the piano is also now impossible to use. They refused to pay to rectify that. Avoid this firm at all costs. I have had to pay

Used JLF for our house move last year. It was a difficult job as the large truck did not have access to the house because of a narrow drive. The team were fantastic and used smaller trucks to unload the big one in batches. What was expected to be a possible two day job, they finished by late afternoon even though the weather was terrible.
So a big thank you to all of the team and I would recommend them to anyone.
