How to describe my experience with Highnet? Simply terrible!
Nearly every month I have issues with my broadband and VOIP system, the Internet goes down and or our phone system. I run a small contact centre so this is far from ideal.
Every time I call Highnet, they blame my 0 identify the REAL problem and to finally stop it reoccurring. I've been told that they 'will get back' to me!

I have been a Highnet customer for many years now. The service they offer is exceptional.
You don’t get lost in call centres as you do with other providers and are treated as an individual not an account number. When you call them you speak to a member of their team based in Scotland not some far off land!
Highnet’s management team are top notch. Highnet do not have a high turnover of staff so you will always see a familiar face and they are quick to respond to any request.
