Ordered uniform and it took nearly 4 weeks to arrive after chasing several times. Then when arrived one skirt was missing and emailed then and was told there might be another parcel and heard nothing since have tried to email various times and call (never answered when I try and call)
They have had full payment for the order since start of September and now December still have not had a refund or the skirt sent out

We have been waiting on numerous items, received emails to confirm back order items are now available but only to find one item was ready and the balance still pending.......
We have tried calling but never get a response, yesterday I visited the store and the young man behind the counter was busy on his mobile whilst the phone kept ring behind him, very poor customer service.
If we could go else where I would.

Absolutely horrible customer service. I asked if items were in stock. I was assured they were via email. They were not. Leading to a 60 day lead time in getting our order. We had to buy extra uniform in the meantime. They did not answer emails in a timely fashion. When they did answer the emails they were rude and written in the wrong tense. Rubbish service. We will not be ordering from Scallywags again. We would rather buy non logo uniform then have to deal with their incompetent staff again

What an utter fiasco it was trying to collect uniform!
The manager/owner practically hid behind the counter unable/unwilling to take control of the chaos mounting outside! Not one member of staff popped outside to explain or apologise for the queue/long wait
A couple of people who'd just joined the back of queue popped in to establish how shop staff were managing the queue... Manager simply served

Ordered 2 school jumpers online, selected delivery due to living too far from the shop and when i checked out it had gone through as click and collect. Emailed straight away and received an email back with a link to pay the £4.99 postage which i did. Great i thought, around a week later they came... wrong school, spent 2 days trying to call the shop and had no answer, finally they called and said the following day DPD would be coming to collect and my correct jumpers have been posted. Waited in all day with 2 bored young children, finally got through Thursday who said there was a mess up and they

Shocking service, uniform ordered and paid for in advance arrive to collect it as requested got issued with a cardigan instead of the sweatshirt ordered then went back to exchange it for the correct item to be told oh well come back next week we might have some then and being offered a size smaller than ordered and told to make it work for a term! shocking! avoid! its a joke we are lining the pockets of such rude people.. spoken down to like we were the incompetent ones!
Also asked if my nephew was fat hes a 4 year old autistic boy! He wont wear anything tight fitting absolutely disgraceful!
