As an experienced mum herself, (albeit to teenagers now) Rosie understands only too well the pressures and the anxiety parents feel when returning to work and leaving their children in the care of someone else. Rosie is a member of PACEY (Professional Association for Childcare and Early Years) and has worked in the childcare industry for over 20 years, both in Australia and the UK and registered as a childminder 15 years ago.
Providing us with a very warm and fully functional indoor activity centre for the children, just perfect for the cold, wet winter months. The building provides the children with plenty of space to play and learn plus we have a fantastic view of a wonderfully large garden. Rosie's Childcare is lucky enough to benefit from a fantastic outdoor space to the rear of the main house.
At Rosie's Childcare our primary focus is on encouraging personal, social and emotional development, through a range of activities that are appropriate for each stage of your child's development. We strongly believe that by providing children and babies with an environment that is vibrant, fun and interactive, it can significantly improve their confidence levels, social interaction and learning capabilities.

You must have a good knowledge of OFSTED standards and be able to deliver the EYFS or be happy to work towards qualifying. You must have excellent organisational skills with the ability to work to deadlines, good understanding of children's needs, exceptional communication skills, and knowledge and understanding of equal opportunities/SENCO and the importance of maintaining parental partnerships etc.
