Been in twice now, first time I let it slide cause we all have bad days, but today was the same. Absolutely disgusting attitude and customer service, the minute you walk through the door snarky, cutting and downright ignorant, when asked about products refused any options or sold out - easy see why shop is empty. Bring back the gorgeous friendly ladies of baynes. If I Could have left 0 stars I would.

We have had all our kids novalty birthday cakes and graduation cakes and engagement cakes from JM bakery and these cales all have been amazing.. there is nothing they cant do with regards to novalty cakes and brilliant prices. Much nicer cakes and very reasonable prices than anywhere else near here. Very very helpful staff. We will be coming back for more cakes. Thank you JM bakery 🎉👍
