Services
Since 1975, Mead Dental has been a family-run practice committed to helping our patients have a lifetime of good dental health. Our preventative dentistry and expert dental advice have helped every one of them have a healthy and happy smile. We've now spanned the generations and continue to give you the experienced care you need.
We are privileged to have a highly qualified and ethical team of dental practitioners with us at The Mead Dental Practice. All our dentists, hygienists and nurses are registered and undertake continuing professional education to meet and maintain General Dental Council standards. As well as their dental skills, each team member has an approachable manner and will always take the time to provide an attentive and personal service.
The Mead Dental Practice was established in 1975 by Eileen Rudge. 40 years on, and it's still running as a family business with Eileen's daughter, Laura as Principal Dentist. Eileen and Laura have over the years, developed both the dental care and treatments, and worked hard at building a team who carries the ethos of the business.
You can make appointments by telephone or call in to make arrangements. We are currently taking on new patients but please be aware that we do not provide any dental care under the National Health Service. If you haven't visited the dentist for some time or it's the first time you have considered seeing a dentist, please do call us on 01752 224880 and chat to our friendly reception team.

Laura identified 4 of my teeth that needed filling in a two year period due to supposed tooth decay, when I was 14-16 years old. Her 5th filling recommendation went ignored and I changed dentist.
In the years since, I have had checkups elsewhere and have not required work doing. My teeth are in good condition and I am now very doubtful whether the original fillings were even necessary.
From my experience I wouldn't recommend this place.
