I absolutely recommend Ian. My boiler broke down abruptly amd Ian provided so much help and support to install the new one in no time. The job was very difficult due to difficulty of access, but Ian went above and beyond to sort it out. He is very friendly, considerate and honest. Made the whole process a very pleasant experience.

Ian’s been out to me a couple of times now in the last month, fixed my boiler quick as anything and sorted out my leaking bath within a couple of days. Very reassuring for a new and first time home owner with no clue how to do stuff! Also a fan of cats and kittens, and didn’t mind my young kittens checking him out! That’s automatically a big tick for me.
