Services
Simon Hollingdale accounts can produce yearly accounts for the self employed, partnerships or limited companies using FRS102. We can work from your own book keeping in paper form, from an excel spread sheet or from most book keeping software files. We specialise with Xero and have certified advisor status.
Firstly, we would visit you at a time and place that is convenient to you, during the day or evening if you would prefer. Secondly, we would go over all the necessary information to be included and ensure you are happy with the contents. Finally, we would file the tax return on your behalf online with HM Revenue and Customs once you have approved it.
We can operate your PAYE in full. Calculating tax and national insurance, producing payslips for your employees, filing monthly and year end RTI reports with HM Revenue and Customs. We can also assist with pension contributions and integration between HMRC and your pension provider. NEST offer a basic starting point for auto-enrolment compliance.
List sales and expenses within a spread sheet and use bridging software (either your own or ours) to link the spread sheet to HMRC. Sign up with MTD compliant software like Xero and complete your vat returns within these packages. Which ever method you chose we will ensure everything runs smoothly and work with you to make the process as easy as we can.
