Brace's Bakery
Baking great products runs in our family, which is why we stick faithfully to the recipes that have been in the Brace's family for over a century. Whether you're a sucker for sliced white or a bit needy for seedy, we have the perfect product for you in our Brace's Bakery collection. Proving that life's luxuries needn't cost a fortune, our Luxury Loafs make up our premium range, baked in a taller tin, giving a fuller slice for you to enjoy.

Thanks to a more traditional square size, the Long Loaf is the bread of choice for sandwich manufacturers as it fits easily into a toaster. Our classic range features traditional shaped breads, such as open top baked for a greater baked flavour, with a variety of recipes - from white to seeded - to suit every taste.
Services
At Brace's, baking great products runs in the family, quite literally. Since 1902, when the company was first established by George Brace, people have trusted our family to feed theirs. Now in its fourth generation, it is Mark Brace (Managing Director) and brother Jonathan (Director), who oversee operations.
Apart from a whole load of expertise and passion, ever wondered what goes into making your favourite Brace's loaf? Here we reveal some of our family's best kept baking secrets. Great bread starts with great ingredients and, at Brace's, we choose a particular blend of quality wheats to give us exceptional flours to create our great bread.
Whether you're a sliced white aficionado, or love a rich, grainy loaf, we have the perfect product for you in our Brace's Bakery collection.

Braces Bread is simply the best. I wont buy anything else anymore. Braces is fresher when its almost out of date, thqn other brands are when they're made! Beat bread ever.

Bought a packet of Brace's traditional welshcakes today. I can truly say that they are without question the most revolting welshcakes I have ever tasted. The sell by date was 10 June, however, they were as dry as dust and totally flavourless - I might aswell have been eating the packaging! Come on Brace's up your game - sort the recipe out and put in some spices (nutmeg/mixed spice.) If I could give these zero stars, I would. Just horrible.

I couldn't believe how bad it was to work there. Needs a deep clean and new measures in place to clean the machines. Will not accept messages on their website. I was so disappointed I had to walk out after working only 6 hour's.
