Services
Sunny Bank Mills are founded by group of local clothiers who invest together to purchase land and build a woollen scribbling and fulling mill, known as The Farsley Club Mill. John Gaunt is appointed as one of the trustees to run the mill. Edwin Woodhouse purchases the majority shares in Sunny Bank Mills and becomes the outright owner.
Small, friendly, focused; passionate about the mill and its heritage; we talk lots, work hard, make things happen, and eat lunch together regularly. With a complementary skill set that ranges from project management, accounting, marketing, weaving, cooking and D.I.Y., we collaborate daily to create spaces for business, culture and community.
A cultural destination with a contemporary art gallery, growing studio artist community, creative courses and events. Our unique industrial spaces inspire and engage through their history and that of their communities, both past and present.
