Services
Osteopoise Healthcare incorporating Key Mobility is owned and managed by Simon Wardle-Millar who has worked in the industry since 1995. Established in June of 2000, the company has been actively involved with various efforts to promote best practice and fair trading in the healthcare and mobility industry.
Like all vehicles a mobility scooter can cause considerable damage to both the general public and its user if it collides with someone or another vehicle. With this in mind it's important we know the rules of the road when using any vehicle and that we know how to use it correctly. When driving any vehicle you are responsible for your own and other peoples safety around you.
That said, we fully recognise that e-commerce is here to stay and it does have its merits. The cheapest price or lowest cost is desirable but may not always the best product for the job. The company offering the cheapest deal may not be the ideal company to purchase from.

Ask about after sales service, does the company have its own workshop, its own engineers and the resources to support you and your product both in and out of the warranty period.A large number of our products are built to order or bespoke, they have a starting price for a standard build and options to build on that to make the product more bespoke or suitable for your needs.
It's unwise to pay too much, but it's worse to pay too little. When you pay too much, you lose a little money - that's all. When you pay too little, you sometimes lose everything, because the thing you bought was incapable of doing the thing it was bought to do. The common law of business balance prohibits paying a little and getting a lot - it can't be done.
You should complete this declaration if you are 'chronically sick or disabled' and the goods or services are for your own personal or domestic use. A family member or carer can complete this on your behalf if you wish. HMRC staff cannot advise whether or not an individual is chronically sick or disabled.

Terms of trade not visible or accessible on website , the link is either broken or deliberately disabled which does not permit investigation of how this company operates. In my parents experience the standard of professional conduct and customer service was distinctly lacking and they are left with a £3000 piece of equipment which they can neither use or return.
