The goods - the food was brilliant (for their catering business - not so much of the restaurant).
The service was also good.
However at the end of our event they catered for threw away half black bag worth of food, furthermore the staff lied about stating that it was only one dish worth of food, which obviously wasn't the case.
It was food we paid for and therefore we should have been take it home which was rather disappointing. Plus the staff's attitude did not help.
