Great service. It was approaching evening and I had 11 items to deliver across Essex, London and Surrey before the AM. I contacted Braintree Courier services and they picked them up and delivered everything in good time, keeping me up to date with all the deliveries. I'll definitely recommend.

Can’t thank BCS, enough for outstanding customer service, from providing perfect resolution to my problem, great value for money, efficient and timely delivery, ease and speed of online services and, first line contact with Mark was exceptional. Approached BCS for a package to be delivered from Birchanger services to London late on November 6th. Very efficient webpage communication and Mark soon made contact to arrange meet up.
Unfortunately Covid meant I had to cancel. Mark dealt with my change promptly, dealt with the refund (full in my case, though if they had lost another opportunity to do another run I would have understood) and bade me well
Though I never actually used BCS in the end I have to recommend their service.

We have recently started to use this company and we are very impressed. I like that you speak to the same person when you want to book and they are very quick to respond. Always kind and helpful to us. They keep you up to date with the progress as well which is very beneficial to us to know where our package is on its journey. Top marks

I needed a courier in a hurry for a same day delivery from Witham to Bideford . The companies representative Mark who I dealt with was very efficient and able to help me immediately. Within 20 minutes of me booking the service the goods were picked up and on the way to their destination. I was able to follow the couriers progress and was updated along the way with text messages. Excellent service! I would use this service again without hesitation.
