Unwind in one of our charming deluxe cottages in beautiful Lincolnshire countryside, classed as an area of outstanding natural beauty. Originally a 19th century dairy farm, each of our eight cottages have been sympathetically converted and offer spacious, clean, comfortable, quality accommodation in relaxing and peaceful surroundings, set in seventeen acres of private grounds.
Each cottage is full of traditional country character and has a different theme. All our cottages offer lovely views over the Lincolnshire countryside and have French windows opening onto a private patio with garden furniture and parasols. They are equipped and furnished to a very high standard with Sanderson fabrics, quality sofas and beds, solid pine or oak furniture and original wooden floors.

We are situated in 17 acres of idyllic peaceful surroundings in the Lincolnshire Wolds, but within easy reach of the M18 and M1 and A1. Nearest cities: Lincoln, Sheffield and Leeds. Nearest towns: Louth, Horncastle, Cleethorpes and Grimsby. Humberside airport 30 minutes. Cleethorpes or Grimsby Mainline rail stations 20 minutes, Grimsby bus station 20 minutes.
Our eight self catering cottages are converted from traditional farm buildings with access to the front and rear of the properties. Each cottage is different internally and it is best to talk to us about your individual requirements before booking. We have tried to provide as much information as possible in this statement.

We have stayed at these cottages several times and in 3 different cottages.... The first time was on our anniversary where we stayed in the Red Room.... wow what a place we loved it.... and you have just got to try the pole lol.... the other times have been for a family birthday and get together where quite a few of us have stayed in the various cottages.. all the cottages are spotlessly cleaned and have everything you need for your hols, including a great outside entertainment space. Norman and Judy are fantastic hosts and nothing is too much bother, all they want you to do is have a great holiday
