I contacted DMD architecture a month ago about a garage conversion. Initially I received a very enthusiastic response from Dylan saying he had lots of availability the following week for an initial meeting and offering me a choice of 3 separate dates. I emailed straight back to book in the meeting. I couple of days later I noticed that Dylan had not confirmed the meeting (though it was at a time he offered). I sent a follow up email and phoned his landline and mobile, leaving a voicemail. Nothing. He never showed or contacted me again. If you are looking for a rude and unprofessional time waster

Extremely pleased with Dylan at DMD Architecture. If it’s a professional job you’re after with very detailed drawings then I would definitely recommend Dylan. From start to finish everything was done on time and he kept me informed every step of the way. Another thing that made it run smoothly was that we used one of his recommended builders who was familiar with his designs. I have recommended him to several friends and would definitely use him again.

We have been extremely impressed with our work with Dylan at DMD Architecture. We were under a slight time pressure to get our single storey extension started and working with Dylan helped us to ensure we could do this. Everything was delivered in a very timely manner and as promised. Dylan listened to what we wanted and made sure that his designs fit our needs. I would highly recommend his services.
