Rang all around Grimsby for a back wiper arm for my car not one had one or they were well over priced. Called Rimars and they helped me out straight away at a reasonable price too (BONUS). I have not yet picked it up but staff were very friendly and helpful. Will definitely use again in the future.

I came to make them an offer to buy 2 cars from them. The employee was extremely rude, was very harassing in his way of communicating. His manager was nearby but did not intervene. Can't believe that a company can treat potential customers in such a way. There is someone else who gave a likewise review as myself so it's seems like I'm not the only one. It's not because a company is not interested in making a deal with a potential customer that the company should behave so badly.

Went in for a starter motor for my Fiat Punto, rimar's allowed me to try 2 motors, neither solved my issue, and they actually offered to test my original starter motor which had no issues, they then tested my battery for free and found the fault, £18 later I have a new battery and my car is driving as brand new.. I couldn't recommend rimar's enough, saved me a massive bill at a garage for the sake of a broken battery! Thank you

1 star? If I could give less stars I would. I read great reviews of this scrapyard, but when it came to me going for 4 new tyres for a set of alloys, the staff were unhelpful, and very very rude. Not sure what I did wrong, I was unsure of exact tyre size; however I had all the information needed just wished to be advised on what was the best size to buy for my car. Any response I gave or question I asked was answered with a huff and then an answer; maybe i caught staff on a bad day but no need to be this rude to customers.
Very, very unhappy with the service here. Safe to say I was unpleasantly
