Who are we? Loads of Vans is part of Wilsons in Epsom, Surrey - the largest privately owned, family run dealership in the South of England that began life in 1904. Specialising in new and used vehicles, Wilsons Van Centre, also known as Loads of Vans, is located nearby in North Cheam, Surrey. I love being busy. I collected a new Peugeot e Expert yesterday. Having struggled with lack of response from several other main dealers and leasing companies it was a relief to deal with Keelin who I see has other well deserved honourable mentions on this page. The whole process was outstanding from the initial enquiry through the great communication and to the final hand over. The van itself is stunningly good. Called Wilsons about two weeks ago to buy a new van. Have used them before, but have to say the service by telephone was appalling. The man I spoke to was so dis-engaged, quite rude and not very interested in new business. I was sent an e-mail but to the wrong spelling of my name, and so had to call back again, whereby I was treated by the same man as though I had interrupted him. He was honestly the cliché of a used car salesman. Think he's been there too long. I was told the only way to discuss a vehicle was in person on the forecourt, and that I may benefit from speaking to his colleague jenny

Discovered Wilsons Van Centre online, offering a great deal on the specific van I was looking for. Being the far south side of London to me, I never actually went in to see them, the whole transaction and all communication taking place via email.
Dealt with Stephen throughout the whole process who was fantastic. Explained everything clearly, walked me through the process and kept me informed from day one. Very professional, excellent communication and outstanding customer service.
Ply-lining was also arranged for me, prior to delivery. Due to the fact I had Stephen arrange delivery of the vehicle
