Will not use again,
Following, on from the response it seemed only appropriate to respond in full to the points raised.
Whilst we have used the garage over a period of time we have not used it in over 3 years following concerns about extra work being done. We only used dcb again as we needed a quick mot done and the garage we have been using could not fit it in for 10 days but dcb could fit in the next day.
When driving to the garage the water bottle warning light came on, I ask the garage to just top up with a bit of water if there was insufficient to complete the test.
We then received notification

Recently my aircon compressor went on my car, DCB supplied and fitted a new one at a very competitive price, I had issues with getting in touch with my warranty company. Quote was received quickly within one working day of me requesting it. All costs were explained to me prior to taking my car in.
I booked in to get some MOT advisory work done within a week of getting a quote and the work was carried out quickly and to a high standard. It ended up costing me less than I was quoted as they advised me on some work… that didn't need to be done there and then and I appreciated the consideration as it would've been easy to just take my money and do the unnecessary work. I was sent a video the following day from the technician that worked on my car and it showed

Have used DCB's for over 25 years. They are always most polite, professional and deliver quality service at a good price. Just serviced my 16 month old VW at short notice without any problems whatsover. I always recommend Dom and his team to anybody needing their cars serviced or repairs. Top work from a top team!

DCB was recommended to me and I can see why. All the staff in particular a couple of the younger technicians were helpful, polite and courteous. My landrover discovery had a particularly nasty piece of work that they had to do on it, but they logically diagnosed the fault over a couple of visits and provided first class service each time. They charged what they said they would, even though they had the car longer than we first thought they’d need it for, but also let me keep a courtesy car until my vehicle was ready. Rare to find this kind of customer service these days.............

Customer service second to none! Polite, friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Work carried out is fast and efficient and customers don't get hit with "hidden extras" as the team here keep you up to date with what they're doing. Now I've found this little gem of a garage, I wouldn't take my car anywhere else. Recommended to all without hesitation.
