Local Funeral Directors Ian Watts & Son were delighted to present a cheque to the Heart-2-Heart & Cardiac Rehabilitation Group which are non-profit making groups, helping those who have undergone heart surgery or medical treatment. The groups meet every Monday & Friday at Caldicot's Leisure Centre & are supervised by a NHS Registered Trainer.

I'm so glad we made the decision to call Ian Watts and son. Jo, Ben and all the team are simply wonderful. I'm not sure what magic quality it is that Jo possesses but from the moment we met, it felt as though she had wrapped her arms around the whole family, enveloping us in a warm embrace which supported and carried us through to the service and beyond. Nothing was too much trouble. Both Jo and Ben were just on the end of the phone whenever we had a query or needed advice. They answered their emails long after they should have had their feet up. When Mum passed away just under 2yrs ago we used Ian Watts. When our beautiful sister passed away recently we used them again. Jo, Ben and Martin provided such a wonderful personalised service. They organise everything. Nothing is too much trouble. Young Ben was fantastic, hes a credit to them. They are so compassionate. Jo is absolutely wonderful and has a special quality of understanding. Martin provided so much honour and respect to both my Mum and my Sister. They will be looking down and feeling very honoured and proud. Thanks to ALL the team. You are very special people. At 29 I could never have predicted that I'd have to arrange a funeral for my beloved mum. I didn't know where to even begin. Like most people I took to the internet to have a look at directors in my area and to read reviews, if there were any.
From the minute I stepped foot in Ian Watts & Son I was treated with such kindness and respect. They kept me up to date when transferring mum into their care and made sure all mine and my mums wishes were met. I had jewellery made, which they arranged and made it as pain free as possible for me.

We went to Ian Watts when our Father David Hall past away, after seeing what a fantastic job they did with my Father in law. Nothing seems to be a problem for anyone, Jo & Ben were absolutely outstanding from start to finish. We literally never had to do a thing but turn up for the wonderful service they arranged, but we were in contact regularly. Everyone who attended the service commented on how lovely it was, even down to some of Dads ashes being taken back to Guernsey was all arranged for us.All of Dads family would like to express our sincere thanks to all of your team for giving him the wonderful

I would highly recommend. They did my grandmother's funeral and they were professional, caring and attentive.
I also needed someone to help put my daughter's ashes in to some jewellery. Ben and Jo totally understood why I wouldn't want to do it myself. They did it free of charge and were caring and respectful with the ashes. They even offered to bring it all back to my home for me. I cannot recommend them enough, they are second to none.

A year ago we lost our beloved Phillip Jennings.

A day I dreaded saying goodbye to my father and had a lot of anxiety about. I can't thank Jo and Martin enough for the care, support and compassion they gave me, my nan and family. The Funeral was done so beautifully and was so very meaningful. The attention to detail was outstanding and the respect they showed to us all was truly remarkable.
