You can call us out at anytime to repair your machine whether you are on contract with us or not. Our U.K. target response time is 4 hours and we will respond by sending a qualified engineer complete with his mobile workshop. We provide full maintenance contracts for a low weekly rate which covers all servicing and breakdowns, travelling time and labour.
