BAD BAD BAD --- I have been whit EPayMe for over an year know. I lost my job this year April due to COVID-19 and I asked my employer EPayMe to put me on the furlough scheme and they refused to do so. The first started to say that I am not eligible to apply for it ( not until today they have not said why ) , then they told me they are working whit my teaching agency to solve this matter ( of course nothing happened ) ; then they told me is not them they need to put me on the scheme but is my agency ; my agency explain them that they are the employer and they have to do it ( they even send an e-mail

Epayme is a company whose services has always been efficient. The staff are courteous and always respond to my queries, I ask on a regular basis. I am on the Furlough scheme. Epayme, supplied all the necessary forms for me to complete for the scheme. I am grateful to have Epayme as my payroll provider.

I would just like to say how amazing Epayme have been through out the Coronavirus Pandemic. In the very beginning when I was very anxious regarding payment I dealt with a particular lady named Amber Levitt, throughout Amber was always very reassuring and always answered any query I had. Excellent payroll company ! I have used them for almost a year and could not be happier about their service. They have always replied promptly to all my queries and my payslips have always been accurate and issued on time. They also take minimum fees, which is something I did not experience in other payroll companies I had used in the past. I highly recommend them.

Epayme have not provided me with any information, help or assistance in resolving my query and expect me to wait 15 working days for a reply, therefore cannot rate this organisation until i have had a reasonable response.
Will update.
Update - unfortunately, due to Epayme reluctance to extend my furlough I will have to take the matter further and would never recommend this company to colleague's and friends.

Shockingly good level of service. I messaged them at 930pm at night by 930 am the next morning they had phoned the relevant hotline to get the answers for me. The staff on the phone are very kind and straightforward too and they respond promptly to my emails and all this for a very reasonable £5 a week.

Epayeme are a fantastic company to deal with. My pay slips are always right and everything is laid out so well so you can see what payments you have received.
Since the furlough scheme was introduced the Epayeme team has worked very hard to make sure I get those regular payments I am entitled to from the Government. I cant thank them enough for the help I have received from this company.

The worst possible company you could work with!! Do not go with them!
Refused to process my furlough because they did not have any funding available, even though the money does not come from them but the government. My agency rang a number of times to process this, but they refused.
Do not bother with them, extremely rude staff and not helpful at all!!!!

Recently I experienced a delay in the processing of my time sheet from the client to the agency, this meant I missed the submission deadline. The Customer Services Team at ePayMe were fantastic in liaising with the agency to resolve this, the Payroll department then ensured that my time sheet was processed and made payment to me within the same day. I cannot fault the lengths this company goes to, to look after their employees. Thanks ePayMe.
