I've had many amazing roles in my working life - from working with great charities such as Make-A-Wish Foundation Singapore to a spot of advertisement design for a recruitment agency. It was living in Hong Kong for 5 years with my young family that gave me the opportunity to flex my photography skills.
When you are choosing a photographer for your baby photos you want to know that your baby is in good hands. Whilst some photographers cover all areas such as weddings, pets, events etc, I have chosen to be a specialist in Pregnancy and Newborn Photography. Since specialising in 2014 I have photographed many many babies and 50% of my client base are returning families with their second (or third) child.
As a Mobile Newborn Photographer I bring a professional photoshoot to your own home - which is ideal if you have just had a baby! For curled up snuggly poses and sleepy images the ideal time is when your baby is between 7-14 days old. In my experience babies rarely cry during a photoshoot - everything is geared towards their comfort and once they have a full tummy and are warm and cosy they do tend to just relax and sleep.
I always include at least one family shot in the newborn gallery plus some of Mum and Baby/Dad and Baby. You might feel exhausted at being new parents but these images will be the ones you will really treasure in the future. The group shot is always the one that gets shared amongst the grandparents and family and is often used in albums and photobooks.
As part of a newborn session I love to include the sibling as they are always fun to work with and the images are super special for the family. I bring along my special stickers and usually teddy or dolly gets to have a go in front of the camera first and gets the first reward We usually start off with the sibling and family shots first as then they are free to go and play whilst we finish the rest of the session.

Sally has taken some amazing photographs for me since I started my outdoor nursery. She is wonderful with the children, taking the time to make them feel at ease so that she can capture some lovely natural photos. She has also taken some individual portraits of the children - which all the families have loved. It has been brilliant to have some really high quality photographs to use on our website and social media - it has made such a difference. Thank you Sally!

Sally visited us for our newborn shoot 1 week after our little boy was born. She was brilliantly supportive and reassuring with our ever shifting induction date and kept up communication along the way. Having emailed back and forth regarding the flower basket, I was excited to see what she had designed. On the day of the shoot, Sally arrived and immediately put 2 brand new, sleep-deprived parents at ease as she set herself up in. The basket was brought in last and was absolutely stunning. Incorporating a few of our wedding flower colour and lots of early autumnal hues, I knew the finishing pictures

We had such a wonderful experience with Sally. She was so professional, patient and kind. She made my baby so calm, which resulted in great photos but she was also particularly good with my toddler. She comes to your home and makes the whole experience relaxed and stress free. The newborn and family photos were beautiful. I would definitely recommend Sally to anyone who wants photos done at this special time.

Our experience with Sally from start to finish was amazing! Our newborn shoot was relaxed and enjoyable and I couldn't wait to see the finished results. Sally was great with my other children and i completely trusted her with my newborn. We didn't have to wait long to see the finished photo's and again this session was relaxed and there was no pressure when choosing or buying photos. The photos were beautiful and exactly what we were looking for. I would absolutely recommend Echo baby photography.

Absolutely amazing service from Sally, very friendly and professional - we enjoyed the whole experience and it was so reassuring seeing the way she handled my newborn - you can tell she's a mum herself! I just sat by and watched her create the wonderful poses and set ups that went on to create such beautiful photos - I felt totally relaxed knowing he was in good hands. In fact he slept through the whole thing while I had my feet up drinking coffee! A lovely experience that I would recommend to any new parent.
