Christian Le Guilcher is the proprietor of Le Guilcher Architecture having set up his own business in 1985. With some 30 year's experience in the Architectural Industry, Christian is an Architectural Technician having completed his training in Guernsey, Channel Islands and Cardiff, South Wales. Christian has been in the Architectural Industry since 1980 having set up his own business in 1985 to concentrate on residential projects.
Our design philosophy is to adopt the Listen and Learn approach. We endeavour to Listen carefully to our clients and Learn their requirements. We then work closely with them to fulfil their brief. Along the way we endeavour to be a creative as possible giving our clients homes the WOW Factor. We offer a simple architectural service which is best suited to residential projects.

Le Guilcher Architecture is an award winning design studio based in Penarth (near Cardiff) serving South Wales, whose focus is on providing quality Architectural design. We are passionate about design and have gained much experience in designing bespoke new homes, extensions, loft conversions, works to listed buildings and remodelling projects.
My wife and I worked with Christian on our home extension last year. We gave him a tough brief and a really tight deadline but he delivered on every level, and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending him to other clients. He took the time to consider our vision, challenged us on some key decisions, and designed a home that exceeded all of our expectations.
