Our showroom is more than a shell - beyond our doors there are two floors of a true outdoor experience that begins with water-filled hot tubs under an oval african gazebo. Head up a series of steps that lead to an upper level section - here there are a host of hot tubs within landscaped areas, under gazebos or inside well-crafted luxury cabins.
These organic rain-drop shaped outdoor saunas are the newest sensation to hit Canada. The extra head-space and wonderful design comes is made exclusively from Clear Western Red Cedar. With endless options, you can even create your own outdoor sauna. With your Outdoor POD Sauna you must either order bevel siding or cedar shingles to make the finished product water tight.
This beautiful cedar sauna building blends beautifully into all gardens and patios. The huge windows offer a new dimension and perspective to sauna bathers - the feeling of space and light brings the sauna area into the outdoor space and vice versa. The cool bench style seating creates space to move around and the curved corners help the building blend into the surrounding landscape.

This is the 2nd spa we've bought from this company, the last - purchased 11yrs ago - has been great. Its been used practically daily so it's tired and needs a replacement.
Polite, friendly and knowledgeable salesman, not pushy but very good at offering alternatives and considerations. Plenty to view on site but we wanted to see a design that is available but not in the show room so he got video sent from another store immediatly. So helpful. Ordering process was easy - just a series of small decisions and disposal of old spa and site visit arranged. 😊 top marks so far. 👌

Well before lockdown a5 spas had been trying to fix a leak on a £10k tub we purchased from them. After removing parts, and repeatedly chasing the repair we were told a new pump was needed, some £432 later ...(they insisted on payment up front before the job was carried out) they arrived to fit the new part. We were next home two days later after they had "fixed it...." when checked the tub was empty, with no water or power. We called and are still awaiting a call back (yet again) So awaiting a refund, empty tub, no hope of it being sorted by Christmas and no notification that they had left a

I had my annual service for my Grand Duke Hot Tub on Monday 14th Dec 2020. Emily from A5 spas had previously texted and rang myself to confirm the appointment and ask if there was any chemicals I needed to order, or parts or if there was anything else I needed assistance with. She had confirmed the times the engineer would be coming on that day. As a customer I felt this was very professional and courteous. I was very impressed with the level of customer care that was being given.
Monday morning the engineer arrived promptly after 9 am and was greeted by a lady called Charlotte. She was polite

Wouldn’t let me choose half a star because that’s all this company deserves and that’s being generous!
Initially great company and can’t do enough for you. Do what they can to get money out of you this includes up selling of the product and additional costs for maintenance package which isn’t cheap monthly! But this is a MUST as their products constantly break.
We have had one of their products for 3 years and had that many things go wrong with it from digital display, speakers and circuit board breaking.
There is a major delay in getting parts (so they say) and poor communication

Called in for chemicals for my first INFLATABLE HOT TUB. I felt so humiliated by the shop assistant who seemed disgusted that I wasn't posh enough to have a full sized £9999999.99 hot tub like they sell. Wouldn't sell me a filter. Although clearly the one in the shelf would have fitted. Bought my chemicals and left. Although I felt like telling her to stick the chemicals. The fact that I have bought the inflatable to try it out with a view of buying a full sized one next year is something I don't feel I should apologize for. Especially to a school leaver working in a shop. Won't be returning
