ALP Property Management have been in business for over 30 years serving tenants and landlords in and around Aberystwyth and the county. We have a positive approach to the business and acknowledge that our tenants and our landlords are as important as each other, one would not function without the other.
We are currently able to operate with less restrictions than previously, therefore, the below only applies if restrictions are brought back. We have screens, PPE, hand gel and two people are able to call in to the office at one time. We operate an intercom system to manage this. If you have been affected by job losses or massive reduction in pay due to employers not being able to operate, call us right away so we can negotiate with your landlord.

Just moved into a flat - very professional. Viewing was conducted well putting me at ease [Jason]. Paperwork landed quickly on line , was able to sign up remotely. Picked up the keys and everything in good order. I was once a letting agent in Cardiff and they didn't do things this well.

Everything was done Pretty fast and easily and it has been good to have a friendly member of staff as a point of face to face contact in these difficult times. Great service from ALP on Thursday 26th Nov.
Two of us have been on the look out for our group of five and we had plenty of time to narrow down the choice.
We then had a Q&A session over a Zoom meeting on Thursday with Anthony to talk things through - great idea.
Looking forward to signing the agreements soon and moving into Queens Street house in June next year ; )
