St Agnes Bakery
For over 100 years St Agnes Bakery in Cornwall has been baking traditional Cornish recipes everyday from scratch, from our famous gold standard Cornish Pasty to our Giant Sausage Rolls we are here to serve our local community and businesses with a little touch of love and history. We are so proud to be one of the oldest bakeries in the country still working from its original site in the beautiful St Agnes village.

The joy of baking is deeply rooted in both our own childhood memories and experiences. Since taking over the bakery it has been our aim to bake all our breads, cakes, Cornish pasties and giant sausage rolls using time-honoured methods, tried and tested recipes and only the highest quality of ingredients, just like our own mothers showed us.

Having purchased pasties for my family and I, we all found that the meat was disgusting, very fatty, the pastry was also very poor. I could not believe the cost of these dreadful pasties. I will not be visiting here again!

Our daughter brought us one of your delicious Christmas Cakes. The best that we ever had. Looking forward to another one in 2022. Wish we lived closer !!

Having visited the St Agnes Bakery very regularly up until a few years ago I was excited to be in StAgnes today and felt lucky to be able to purchase some pasty’s there.
Unfortunately the quality of the pasty was poor.
The pastry itself was far too thick and I mean very thick
The base was burnt making it hard work to eat
The filling of potato and turnip had very little evidence of any cheese in it
I felt very disappointed
I won’t visit again

This was my first visit to St Agnes and friends brought me here. I ordered the vegan sweet potato pasty and it was absolutely gorgeous! Crisp pastry generously filled with tasty sweet potatoes and mushrooms. I wish I lived closer so I could buy more of these, it’s a bit far to come from London!

Was recommended this bakery by my uncle who lives locally. Did not disappoint, staff were polite, the sausage rolls and pasties were one of the best I've ever had. I was shocked at how cheap the prices were for the quality of food. Visited multiple times in the week, definitely worth a visit. If you're staying in Cornwall.

We come back to the area every year and this is our go to bakery, some of the best examples of traditional cornish pasties, they do a great steak and Stilton version. Also their giant rolls are fantastic, lots of choice of flavours. We always place an order to take home when leaving. 100% love it

Recently under new managment this charming little bakery has had a very tasteful refurbishment in both senses if you get what i mean.highlights include the steak pasties which are as we say in cornwall proper.Lamb and mint sausage rolls - may sound unusual but are delicious.fresh cream cakes and other goodies make it a must visit when in St. Agnes.
