Excellent ,prompt, personal service provided by Chetan Shah in dealing with a sale of a property . The completion took place smoothly, well before the Stamp Duty deadline , only 7/8 weeks from placing on the market. He is very thorough and experienced in dealing with complicated issues. We had a problem tenant who would not leave, applying various techniques to evade eviction.
