Really professional company, they never take too long to respond and even managed to get my friends work once I'd gotten my job. They check up on us a few days before each shift (only work football matches) and are easily contactable. Would definitely recommend finding work through them.

Having applied for a job through indeed, Beth rang me promptly and was quick to set me up with headway for an immediate start. After the client for that role found a permanent replacement Beth contacted me as soon as a role came through that would suit me. After a few call with Beth she was able to evaluate which roles I would be a good match for in an environment with colleagues I would get on with which is hard to find in most recruitment agencies.

Seriously impressed with Headway Recruitment, they offered lots of information and support throughout the whole process and the communication was excellent. I dealt with the same member of staff the entire way through and as a result the service was very personalised and tailored to my situation. She was very knowledgeable and was always getting in touch to check everything was okay on my end. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for anything more and would definitely recommend Headway Recruitment.

I applied for a role I was unsuccessful with, however Annabel contacted me with regards to a different role that was actually more suitable. I applied for the vacancy and was successful. Annabel and the rest of the team were more than helpful throughout and always very prompt to answer any question I had.

Terrible company. Saw a job advertised for petty cash in Yeadon, spoke to the Leeds office who initially said they were not happy to put me forward to the role and were more keen to take me on-board for a more suited accountancy role for my background, despite telling the agent that I wanted a change in my career. I was then asked to register with… the Bradford office, after numerous phone calls and e-mails I still had not received a call from these. I am glad I have not been contacted to register and meet the Bradford office as this company seem keen to push me for roles that I do not wish
