BIoR are a dreadful organisation. We arranged for two staff members to attend a course. Their assessors failed to turn up on numerous occasions. When we cancelled the course, they wrote to the funder telling lies that we had failed to turn up. When we called out their lies, they ignored our complaint. Six months later they are still chasing funds. Having spoken with other recruitment owners, they have failed many other companies.
