Leander Developments is a family business with three generations of experience in residential development and construction throughout the southwest. Leander Developments was originally part of the Knapp Group, a highly respected construction and property development group, with a history stretching back to 1947.
Leander Developments navigate the planning system to deliver commercially viable residential developments. We manage the planning process so you don't have to. The planning system is highly complex, and we understand the procedures, policies and considerations involved - this allows us to identify the opportunities and weaknesses of proposed development projects.
We have experience and understanding of the market which is crucial to ensuring the maximum financial return is achieved on a piece of land. As an example of a Project Type A, Leander Developments purchased a brownfield site in Holcombe, in Devon, and secured planning permission through two applications and two planning appeals.
