Matthew Gullick Architects is an RIBA chartered architectural practice based in Malvern, Worcestershire. We specialise in extensions and new build residential, and small COMMERCIAL works including listed buildings. St Ann's Well Caf is situated on the eastern slopes of the Malvern Hills, above the Victorian Spa Town of Great Malvern.
As a registered RIBA Chartered practice the RIBA plan of work is the starting point for most projects. The plan consists of 8 work stages, 0-7. A basic synopsis of the main stages 1-5 is given below. Detailed guidance can be found by vising the RIBA website. If you have made an enquiry regarding a potential project, after a brief discussion over the phone, we will arrange a site visit to discuss the project further.
