The business expanded steadily, mainly upon its reputation for prompt and efficient service. Early in 1982 came the opportunity to expand further by amalgamation with Bowlers Engineering Supplies Ltd.

Today i was informed that they would not replace a dremel i bought for 108 pounds there that was defective...i had visited the week after purchasing it and was told that i could bring it in anytime and that they would replace the defective tool they sold me...when a few months later i dropped it off they gave it to the manager...he neglected to call me back for three weeks having said he would adress it..i was surprised as the counter staff had been so friendly and had given me their word....the manager today gave the counter guy my dremel to hand back to me and he hid in the back and the counter
