We provide Facilities Management Services throughout Northern Ireland serving both private and public sector companies. We operate a 365 day a year service which is managed by a team of experienced planners and call handlers in our 24 hour manned helpdesk.
Predictive Maintenance: On taking on a new site we carryout detailed survey of assets before preparing a operation plan to implement preventative maintenance procedures and checks to reduce reactive calls and increase the life cycle of client assets.

I think this company needs to send its drivers on some training. Last Sunday I was travelling up the M1 on my motorcycle in the outside lane when one of their vans cut across from the inside lane into the centre lane, then kept going on into my lane forcing me to break harshly and squeeze up against the crash barrier.
The driver didn't even see me and when I subsequently pulled alongside the van I saw that he was on the phone.
