We would like to let all our Perfect Vision Family know that we are still open following the recent lockdown. Our professional bodies have confirmed that an eye examination is classed as a medical appointment, therefore we are still able to see anyone who is concerned about their eye health or vision.
You will still receive a text/email/letter when you are due to come and see us for your routine eye examination or contact lens review, but we understand if you would like to arrange your visit for later in the year. If you, or a relative, are shielding and concerned about your eye health we are proud to offer the latest technology and can provide remote consultation.

Visual Stress refers to reading difficulties, light sensitivity and headaches from exposure to disturbing visual patterns. It can be responsible for print distortion and rapid fatigue when reading. The severity of these symptoms can vary from person to person. In many cases, the symptoms of Visual Stress can be reduced by the use of coloured filters: a coloured overlay placed over text or coloured lenses worn in spectacles.
Our Cerium Colorimetry Specialist, Karen, can carry out either an Overlay Assessment or a full Colorimetry Assessment. All patients must have had a full sight test a maximum of six months ago and have a copy of an up to date prescription. If you require a sight test we can book you in with our Optometrist before you see Karen.
