I cannot recommend Rhys Brookes highly enough. Rhys was very helpful in our decision regarding our potential purchase of a barn conversion. His knowledge and wise counsel were invaluable in helping us come to our decision.

I highly recommend Harrison Brookes. In particular Rhys is brilliant at getting in to the detail to resolve complicated technical and planning biased issues and his knowledge of listed buildings is astounding. He has worked on Projects for me in Bath, Bristol, Edinburgh, Herefordshire and Gibraltar, dealing with properties dating from 1793 to 1965 and we haver always found him a pleasure to work with and hugely knowledgeable and professional.

I first met Rhys Brookes in my professional capacity as a contractor and was immediately impressed with his heritage knowledge and ability to work together to get to the best design solution and then communicate this the workforce.
Having been so impressed I decided to get Rhys involved in my own project a grade 2 listed cottage in very poor repair. Rhys worked tirelessly using all of his heritage and planning knowledge to persuade the planners to allow extensions to this building to make the project viable. The design soloution Rhys presented works beautifully both on the site and in its minimal
