Welcome to Smart Skills Ltd, we are an independent consultancy company providing services for architectural design and plans, loft conversions, planning permission applications, extensions, conversions, structural design and calculations services to residential as well as to the commercial client's approvals throughout London and the Home Counties.

Our Services Report

Smart Skills provides architectural, planning and design services. We design and draw plans for residential and commercial properties within a convenient cost and a short time period. We at your request, can act, apply and deal with the local Councils for submissions, so just sit back and relax and let us take care of the legal implications.

Services Process Report

When you contact us, an initial visit to your property is arranged. We will pop around and scan your home layout using our own measurement tools. During this visit, we listen to your requirements, advise on the best solutions, and discuss alternatives, planning and Structural perspective and work out approximate sizes of the proposal.
