If you know your dog is severely matted please make us aware of his at the time of booking your appointment, as this process can be time consuming. Hydrobath is a combination bathtub and power bather that uses a specially designed recirculation pump. This pump produces a high volume mix of water and shampoo delivered powerfully enough to penetrate the thickest coats, yet gently enough to massage the skin.
The final bath or groom price will be indicated during our initial assessment. The ultimate cost is dependent on the condition of the coat, difficulties envisioned, and the time needed to complete the treatment. In exceptional cases a charge can be made when bad behaviour of your dog has lengthened the time required to complete the grooming process.
Q: Do I need to provide anything or prepare in any way? A: We bring everything with us that we will need including the warm water. Although, if you could provide us with access to an electricity point, that's all we need to get started. Also, a level place to park would be helpful. Could you please ensure your dog has been fed, watered and toileted before grooming commences.
