Neil went above and beyond when we had a split weld on a fuel tank that would have ruined our weekend. We discovered it after we'd already left home and he helped us get it repaired via a contact of his. He went out of his way to help us get a repair even booking a collect and collect for some materials we needed for the repair en-route. It would have been so easy for him to not have done this but we are very grateful he helped us out.

Phoned to enquire about a welding contract I need completing and a young child answered so I politely asked if I had the right number or if their parents were around and got no response so politely said I will call back later as I'm clearly speaking with a child.
Received a phone call a minute later from an irate guy to tell me he was on the toilet having a "sh.." and I had insulted his children definitely wasn't the case. Clearly just a case of crossed wires but not very professional to call me back up being rude and say I insulted his children when I absolutely did not. For that reason I will
