We've done everything, from advising them on how their setup could be more efficient to finding the best hardware and software for their business needs. And our preventive approach to maintenance and London location means we can be on-site to help solve a problem relatively quickly.

David started Speedster over a decade ago and is in charge of our day-to-day operations. He oversees all aspects of the business and looks at new technologies and solutions which meet our demanding client needs.

24 hour support response times is available. As we're based in Central London, we can visit your office and resolve any issues onsite if they can't be quickly resolved offsite. Being Microsoft Gold Partners, we also provide a wide range of top-quality fully managed Microsoft365 support (previously Microsoft Office 365) services to businesses in London and the UK.
We know software and hardware doesn't always work the way you want. Things can go wrong at any point, which isn't helpful when you're up against the clock on a client deadline. With our IT helpdesk/service desk support service, you can take the stress out of technical difficulties. Whether you need onsite or offsite support, a whole team, or an occasional extra pair of hands, we have a range of options.

Getting support for your Apple devices can be challenging. We often meet IT teams who are skilled in solving Windows-related issues but lack the necessary knowledge required to provide effective Mac support. We can help you. Around 30 - 40% of the computers we manage are Macs. Some of our clients use these exclusively, while others use a combination of Macs and PCs.
Access to quick and easy remote IT Support means remote workers can quickly get their IT issues fixed, giving you peace of mind, your staff are working uninterrupted. At Speedster we provide fully managed IT Support services which include remote and onsite IT Support from as little as 10 per user.
