Herne Bay Domestics is an independent, family-run business which was established on the Herne Bay high street in 1984. Our reputation is built upon a combination of high-level customer service and care, and the ability to provide a large stock of domestic appliances at extremely competitive prices, as a result of close relationships with major manufacturers and being part of Euronics.

We therefore believe that we have found the right balance between being able to care for the needs of every individual customer, whilst still often being able to offer the same products and prices as the biggest retailers in this field. Our team of delivery drivers and engineers are able to install every product we sell, as well as being able to demonstrate to customers how their new appliance works, and answering any queries on this matter.

Called for a repair on my oven, flexible on date, came and were very professional. Fixed it in about 30 minutes and now have a repaired oven. Cost c£120 for replacement element and bulb. Would definitely use again!

Placed an order for Tumble dryer on line, it was acknowledged and I had phone call to ask about delivery which was mutually agreed. On delivery day I had phone call to say they were on way and delivery would be in about half an hour. Two very considerate and friendly men brought it in , will certainly use company again if need arises.

Herne Bay Domestics stock a deceptively large range of washers, fridges, cookers and other white goods, as well as a wide range of spare parts. The staff are extremely helpful and the shop also has a home visit repair service.
